Bought a jar on our trip thru South Dakota and absolutely love it.

I am a physician and recommend the cayenne warming balm to all of my patients who complain of muscle aches and pains in their neck and back. Even some of my most skeptical male patients (including my husband) found it to be incredibly helpful after cutting grass, working in the yard, or lifting heavy objects at work. My young daughter, who is a ballet dancer and sculptor, often experiencing aches in her lower back and feet, finds this balm to be amazing! My 87 year old mother who has terrible low back pain could not live without it. IT is seriously the best cream for aches and pains in the forearms, shoulders, legs, back and neck!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
